Terms and Conditions

If you need to return an item purchased:

• Terms of return - please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
• Reason for return - let us know why you need to return the item, include any details of damages with photos if possible.
• Process for return - we will respond as soon as possible after you contact us to acknowledge your request and gather any further details we may require, 
• Returns will need to be made by purchaser via a courier service or other signed for service upon receipt by us to ensure you are advised once we receive your item back. 
• Return postage costs for return of items to be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Process of refund - refund of original purchase cost will be sent to original source of payment after item has been returned to us.
• Original postage costs will not be eligible for refunds. Return postage costs maybe eligible for a refund, subject to reason for return and item received back by us in expected condition and at our discretion, we will advise if this is to be included before item is returned to us and before any refund is issued.
